Racing thoughts, worried what others think, holding it together but exhausted at the end of the day, difficulty concentrating. These are just some of the symptoms of the most common mental health disorder in America. Anxiety can look different in different people. Sometimes we know deep down that what we experience on a daily basis isn't working for us, we call it stress, or just accept it as a part of our modern world, but I think we deserve better than that. The question is, how and where do we start?
When your experience is one of feeling overwhelmed most of the time (and maybe too good at hiding it!) you need more than gentle support. Anxiety is a whole body experience. It's our minds and the stories we tell ourselves, it's our behavior related to those stories, and it's our bodies reacting to the stresses of the world.
I provide the space, tools, and support you needed to quiet your mind, recover your sense of self and purpose, helping you feel more energized and more like yourself than you have for some time.
